Katt is a nurturing yoga therapist and coach who advocates to help highly stressed and burnt out professionals to manage stress holistically, find balance and feel calmer, lighter and grounded.

She is an advocate in the health and wellbeing industry with experience in yoga therapy for chronic stress and burnout. Katt’s experience in helping people understand how yoga can be used therapeutically to support positive health outcomes and improved overall wellbeing has led her to teach people struggling to manage stress her methodology to feel more in control of their stress, find balance and feel more connected with their bodies, thoughts and emotions.

How it all started

 

Katt left her fast paced career in fashion because she was exhausted, fed up and didn’t connect to the values of the industry anymore. After a painful break up she felt broken, emotionally exhausted and her body was in pain. She found solace in a yoga class each week and set out to find out more about this ancient practice with the hope of feeling better.

Leaving her home, family and friends she travelled across the world to discover a whole new perspective on health and wellbeing management. Katt realised during this time that she had been living in a state of chronic stress for years without knowing it.

Her body stopped feeling in pain and tense and her mind started to feel a bit more spacious. She felt connected with her body for the first time in her life. With help from several teachers & mentors she stepped into her true purpose to help others like her to manage stress holistically and find balance within a chaotic world.
